For this reason, swimming lessons are not only beneficial for physical strength and development, but should be seen as providing a vital lifesaving skill that everybody should possess. We are a seasonal swim school with a large outdoor pool that is in direct sunlight creating the optimum temperature for our operating season from October to April - (4th state school term until Easter). Our summer school holiday's block lessons are an intensive program designed to help each swimmer reach their full potential. A full week of lessons, at the same time each day, with the same teacher. Fantastic holiday activity that is fun, active and potentially life saving. All our swim teachers are genuine, positive and caring instructors. They inspire confidence & trust with each swimmers in their class. Adapting to the teachings of individuals with their own little personalities, they know how to teach with a cooperative working spirit. Your swimmer will be thriving and happy to learn to swim. Our Aqua Fitness program is the best in Bundaberg! With two of the most highly accredited & skilled instructors, they love to have fun, so much so, you will not notice how hard you are working out. You’re a whole person with emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual and environmental needs. That’s why we’ve developed and cultivated a wide range of services, programs and partnerships and housed them under the one roof in our purpose-built, regional community health and wellbeing centres. IWC is a not-for-profit, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation and registered charity hosting services and partners which include, but are not limited to, Medical Practice (General Practice), Dental Practice, Other Medical Services, Physiotherapy (Pivot 21 Physiotherapy), Psychology and Counselling, Diet & Nutrition (Pivot 21 Dietetics), Other Allied Health Services, Gym, Midwife Services, Family Support and Home Care Services NDIS Local Area Coordination, Cultural and Community Services and Programs. IWC offers existing clients free transport to attend IWC appointments within a 7km radius of the IWC Health & Wellbeing Centre, and across the North Burnett. IWC is a registered charity and donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
