“I've been training with Troy for many years. He was running the first class that I'd ever really got hooked on, and it's now the only formal class training that I do. The boxing classes are a great balance of fitness training and technique. In all the years of training I can safely say that I've never done the same class twice which is one of the things I absolutely love about Trovacs Fitness. Troy seems to work from a "play" book but it would have to be the worlds biggest book to cover all the classes I've done and not have any duplication. Troy is very sensitive to individual needs and I've seen him tailor the class for individuals without compromising the overall quality of the class or experience for the individual. I highly recommend training with Troy”
