They don't understand culture diversity. I could not understand the question, gave wrong answer and in first 5 minutes I was asked to go home and do the CPR modules again!!
But they also made comments on my ability to understand the language.
It was so bad that, if the same thing would've happen in real university, teacher might get in big trouble, but because this is short course, they do what they like.
I would stay away from this guys, especially if you are not fluent in Australian Accent, apparently that was the prerequisite for the course and not the clinical knowledge of first aid.
They should be reported to legal authorities for their practices.
Judy is fantastic, covers all topics and has a way of getting her training across so its clear I always return to Judy for yearly CPR shes such a character and very knowledgeable. Things change so often in first aid but she would most certainly be my go to person for questions
