They don't understand culture diversity. I could not understand the question, gave wrong answer and in first 5 minutes I was asked to go home and do the CPR modules again!!
But they also made comments on my ability to understand the language.
It was so bad that, if the same thing would've happen in real university, teacher might get in big trouble, but because this is short course, they do what they like.
I would stay away from this guys, especially if you are not fluent in Australian Accent, apparently that was the prerequisite for the course and not the clinical knowledge of first aid.
They should be reported to legal authorities for their practices.
Not training via textbooks etc, they train via experience, and real life situations. Training for skills and not just a qualification, these guys are the best people to go too for any training- Highly recommended.
