Purchased bbq with obvious severe damage to the outer packaging and after assembling discovered damage to one of the controllers with safety risk. Completely different attitude returning v/s sales! Be very cautious with this business!!!

Purchased a beautiful new BBQ last week right in time to celebrate Australia Day. We just had the most amazing feed with friends and were talking about how great our new Webber is and wanted to give you guys a great review. You were right, easy to use, easy to clean and cooks to perfection. Glad your staff suggested we grab a couple of additional items for our BBQ, they came in handy already. Great service here, I highly recommend. Lamb tastes great on the Webber!
