I’m sure there’s a good chance you are here because you want me to capture your wedding and you deserve to know a little bit about the person behind the camera. I find myself waking up daily amazed that I get to do this as my career. When I’m not travelling around filming weddings I adore spending time outdoors riding motorcycles, hiking and camping on the South Coast or sitting around the fire pit at home with our kids under the stars. Life really does throw you curveballs sometimes. I found myself quitting my 9-5 grind in the hope of finding greater fulfilment in life. I never could have dreamed my passion for cinematography and editing would completely change my outlook on life and my future. Since then I’ve connected with so many amazing people and crafted for them something that I believe will follow them for the rest of their lives and stand the test of time. I feel immense fulfilment in creating wedding films, and I would be honoured to capture the unique journey that is your story.

Exposure Arts & Media was established in 2003 by photographer, filmmaker, visual artist, composer and graphic designer, CAZ (Carolyn) NOWACZYK. Caz spends almost every waking moment doing something creative for herself or her clients, and she loves nothing better than to come up with creative solutions. This constant foray into creativity means Caz is always developing new and exciting creative skills to add to her already expansive creative skillset, and the good news is, she loves to share it with her clients. Caz’s passion for photography and film has led her to focus on photographing weddings, portraits, events, performance and corporate. She also makes corporate videos, wedding videos, band music film clips and more.

Hello! I’m very fortunate and grateful that I am able to do what I love for my profession. Connecting with people, sharing experiences and exploring this incredible world we live in through the lens of a camera. Capturing all the different aspects of life allows me to express my feelings and emotions through my work. It creates a space to focus on the present moment, and explore the finer intricacies and broader connections that are in constant motion around us. I take great joy in connecting with others, and bringing their ideas into visual fruition. Growing up my family and I moved around and travelled frequently, allowing me to observe the world through a camera from an early age. This love for documentation continued as I grew older, studying film at the University of Wollongong. I am now based in Wollongong, however this line of work finds me in many different places. Originally from the Far South Coast of NSW, I now reside in Wollongong with my dog Hazel. You’ll often find me in the water having a surf or diving and fishing. I was first drawn to photography and videography through my love of the ocean, documenting its many moods and those that ride her. This led me to attended university, arming myself with the knowledge to translate emotions through sound and image, my camera allowing me to interpret what I see, fascinated by intricate details that are so often overlooked. My approach to wedding cinematography is to document your day in a fun, non-obtrusive way. I aim to capture authentic moments to create a gateway back to how you felt in that moment. By shooting in a handheld, cinematic style, I can tell your story in the most intimate way, as though you are right there with me. For me, cinematography isn't just my job, but also my passion and hobby. I want to produce work that makes you feel something.
