The Wood Fired Oven started by the Gill family in 2017 was a dream to bring a high quality wood fired pizza to those living local to us. With its humble beginnings with our first food truck and serving customers and friends in Everton park (Teralba Park) on the north side of Brisbane, The Wood Fired Oven has grown to include a 2nd food trailer and now a restaurant located in Arana Hills.
