Fifty years ago, there were more than 200 similar textile plants scattered around metropolitan and country Australia. Regretfully, we have just a handful left still operating today. Utilising machines dating back to 1914, the Nundle Woollen Mill team lovingly create beautiful hand knitting yarns in 8, 12 & 20-ply in more than 40 of the latest fashion colours. After 3 morning teas & 2 lunches at this great coffee shop in Gloucester main St. we agreed that it was the absolutely best. The scones & jam both made by the chef were to die for. The best value & presented lunch selections bought us back for a second time. Worth a trip to Gloucester just for the food. Thank you for your service
