OMG love this store. Have purchased all my handbags, wallets, and suitcases from the Casuarina store. Management and staff were amazing and so helpful. Purchased a suitcase from them about 2 weeks ago, for my trip overseas. Unfortunately the lock broke on suitcase. The Manager of the store personally took on my issue, and replaced it for another one no questions asked. Awesome store with great customer service *****

Fantastic customer service! I saw a ring online that I liked and it wasn’t in store. The lovely Jai ordered it for me and there was no obligation for me to buy if I didn’t like it. 2 days later it arrived from Melbourne and that’s during COVID! I decided on the ring and had it resized. 3 days later it was ready. Ladies were lovely to deal with and could not fault the timing or level of service.
