I spoke with Michele about having a chip repaired in my windscreen during a busy weekday. She and her coworker happened to already be in the area and the stopped by to have a look. Turned out, the chip had already been repaired before, and they also had found a crack in the windscreen. The car had been recently purchased, and they recommended I return to the car dealer for repair. They explained thoroughly why the crack was aged, and how to discuss this with their service team. I returned to the dealer, and they repaired the windscreen at no charge. These two shared their knowledge with me, and didn't charge me anything for their time. Great, honest people that will do right by you!
