I had a family law matter regarding flights risks that needed urgent attention, after giving all details and 2 weeks waiting to see solicitor for appointment after phone calls to see what was happening, I get a phone call 2 hours before appointment saying your case is too urgent we can't do it and don't want you linger after letting me linger for 2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional to say the least.
