During one of the recent storms Donnelley Hire was called to action. We received an emergency call from Wollongong City Counci for the hire of a 20T excavator with grab attachment to help clear a swollen creek of debris caused by the flash flooding from the deluge. The creek is in a residential area and there was a real concern the water may flood the surrounding homes. The Hire team jumped into action, fitting the excavator with the grab attachment immediately. The Council needed assistance to undertake the job and we were able to supply a skilled operator to help finish the task.
