Treated us like dumb females, did not listen to problem, had car for 5 days & when asked what he thought was wrong he said we would have to be mechanics for years to understand. We were told if she takes the car when we did the motor may blow up which scared the owner of the car.
Attitude towards women needs to change!
In the market for a new lawn mower, I had done my homework before I hit the big three specialist retailers, and I regret to say these guys didnt seem to know anything about the lawn mowers they stock.
Specifically, they couldn't tell me which model of the dozen different Briggs & Stratton motors was fitted to the machines I was looking at, or the deck construction specs.
I didn't bother asking what made them or their range of mowers the best choice for my spend, and moved on to another specialist retailer.
I hope they take my feedback onboard provide regular product training to staff.
If you visit, do your homework first and don't rely on the sales team to have the answers to your questions.
