When customers receive bad service they shout from the roof tops but if they receive GREAT SERVICE they need to tell someone also. I want to mention three special people at Tropical Auto Group, Stephanie in the service department, Matt the manager and Tracey in finance. These guys go above and beyond to ensure that not only the requested tasks are done but they make you feel special and not an inconvenience. When they say they will do something they do it! They also take ownership and ensure that their customers are satisfied before leaving the showroom. These three people are an asset. Well done to all three of you and keep up the great work:)
