Our Nissan Dualis broke down today at Southside and after being on the phone for over 30 mins trying to arrange roadside assistance, being passed around like a football between Nissan Customer Service and RACQ. After all that no one could validate our 10 year warranty and roadside assistance. Unbelievable! We then rang the guys at Velmac and Paul arrived within 10 mins (after initially trying to help us get the car started over the phone). He tested and changed the battery on the spot, then we followed him back to the workshop where he cleaned it all up for us and even reset the radio. And this is an auto workshop where we've only had 1 service done with them (which we were very happy with). Now that is quality customer service! Thank you Paul for getting us out of a pickle. Great staff, very friendly, quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
