Hired a mulcher from JC Hire Nambour on the weekend. The guys were friendly and easy to deal with. Had the mulcher delivered & collected for a small charge (we don’t have a tow bar), the guy showed us how it worked, very straight-forward and we mulched the weekend away. No hassles, it worked really well and was a good pretty rugged mulcher too! Happy customer with plenty of garden mulch :-). Highly recommend JC Hire. Valda, Eumundi.

To repair a burst water pipe connection I hired a concrete cutter for half a day. Before I could return home a plumber had arrived and assessed that it would not be necessary to cut through a concrete path, and proceeded to fix the leak. Two hours after I had hired the concrete cutter I returned to Kawana Hire to return the it, and mentioned that as I had not needed to use the cutter, it would not need servicing. I was not seeking a refund of the hire fee, but after a brief inspection of the cutter the proprietors offered to refund in full the hire fee. While I have been a irregular client for many years, I was very pleasantly surprised with the offer, and will continue to patronise the business when I need machinery.

Always easy, always knowledgable. I had a busted pipe and they got me the gear I needed to fix it myself. I got one set of dimensions wrong, and no worries, just nipped back and they replaced the item without any drama.
