BEST Equipment Hire in Currabubula NSW 2342

I had booked equipment 4 weeks ago, specified my collection and drop off days. Had the booking confirmed and then arrived to collect. Walked in, advised I was there to collect a Dingo that I booked (even had the emails on my phone). Rob advised he had given it to someone else the day before and they had it for the weekend. I said "I've booked it" Rob said "not much I can do, I gave it to someone yesterday". No sorry, no care or consideration. Absolutely disgraceful. I had contractors lined up for a full weekend of shed building. Had to cancel at considerable cost to me. I emailed on Monday asking them about the matter and asked for them to explain. Silence!!!! I would hate to be relying on them for wedding hire because you may be screwed. Tell everyone to avoid them. I have.
