We had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.

Burleigh Heads Carpet CourtKirilee was friendly, professional, experienced and most helpful. We were looking for flooring, curtains and blinds and Kirilee's advice steered us to appropriate hybrid floor coverings, sheer and blockout curtains and appropriate blinds. She came to our home, both to measure up but also to advise on colouring and more. When we faced problems, she had an answer and was always available when needed, including answering her phone when not at work. We were, and remain, most impressed with her assistance.
