I attended a party last year where Windy Wizard performed. He was simply the highlight of the party. He was making the kids laugh with his humorous ways. He did a lil magic, some cute comedy and topped it off with balloon animals that the kids loved! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great entertainer!!
