I purchased a Waterman pen with the standard engraving in the AM on Thursday on behalf of the company I work for. I was assisted by Laurie over the phone and he was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole process (purchasing, express post etc). We received the pen before lunch time the following day (Friday) and our office is based in Bowen Hills. The team took the time to wrap the package carefully and get it to us in less than 24 hours. Pantographic Engraving did some personalised gifts for our groomsmen for our wedding, engraving some cufflinks for something special to give them on the day and to show our appreciation. Did a very neat job, and would highly recommend you to anyone.
