I have no problem in highly recommending these guys. I recently had major expensive issues with the wife's Nissan Murano. I popped in to see Blake and his staff at Wollongong Auto Parts. I was able to get all fixed at a fraction of the price we were originally quoted. I couldn’t be happier with the product or service. Do yourself a favour if you are having car dramas, get out and get a quote from Blake and his staff.
Terrible service and pricing. After speaking to them twice they had no record of me being booked in when I turned up. Then they kept the car all day and charged me $130 for all of 15mins work to tell me I needed to spend $5600 to get the problem fixed. I took it to a second mechanic who charge $520 to fix the issue and did it with in an hour while I waited and 100% guaranteed me there where no other issues and couldn't understand why these people where charging so much. Stay away from these crooks.
I had the good fortune to happen across this family-run business recently. Louis and his wife Lisa manage the place together, and I found them to be honest, professional and warm (warmth is an under-rated quality, but it makes the pain of shelling out bucks easier) Louis fixed my car at a very reasonable cost, and did an exceptional job. Lisa was kind enough to drive me home, which saved me walking my little dog miles through hot streets which we both really appreciated. Louis came in slightly under his original quote, even though he worked past his normal closing time to get me back out on the road. I highly recommend this business-it's one of those places where the owner has all sorts of skills and knowledge gleaned through the years, and isn't stuck in the robotic "specialized" unhelpful mould common in the franchises and rip-off merchants all over Australia these days. Give them a go, you wont be sorry.
My experience with this service was very negative. I left my van to have A few simple things checked checked out to see if they were ok eg. (Sola panel,battery,air condition etc.) I also needed to have the reverse camera either fixed or replaced. They had my Van for one month and five days making constant excuses as to why it was taking so long..when I finally got it back I was told by Andrew that because he couldn’t get a replacement cable for the reverse camera that he had not done of the other work requested even though I had been told that it was all done and they were only waiting for the correct cable for the camera. To my horror when I drove it home Speedometer,GPS,and sound system were not working.not only did they have my Van sitting there for almost five weeks and not only did they fix nothing in that time they gave it back in worse condition than when I left it with them! After a complaint they fixed the Speedo I had the sound system fixed elsewhere.
I have a 15 year old Holden and a 2017 Mazda serviced here from new. They use quality parts and lubricants and are highly experienced and trustworthy also they won't feed you any bull----!!!!!
