Thanks to Audy, he just saved us a huge headache with a couple of Pre-purchase inspections where he identified Inactive Subterranean Termite Mudding and Tracking in one of the duplex properties he inspected. In previous purchases, we had always tried to get a person who did both Building and Pest Inspections but, never again will we do that after this experience. The Building Inspection Report (done by others) came back all clear, there was nothing untoward in the report. However, Audy's report identified major issues that we would have expected the Building Report should have identified.
