SilverTemp is an employment agency dedicated to placing mature age people in casual, pert-time and temporary employment in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW. SilverTemp works as a simple labour hire agency that negates the need for employers to add staff to the payroll. All wages are paid by SilverTemp to employees, PAYG tax is deducted, super guarantee is paid and workers compensation insurance is provided. All the employer pays is a simple weekly invoice at an all inclusive hourly rate for the actual time worked.
