I submitted a request on The Plumbing Gang's website on Tuesday evening, Chris responded within the hour. Early Wednesday a text, email & a call. A technician had been organised. Cam arrived just before 9am. He was professional and quoted 3 different LPG continuous flow hot water system options. I got 2 quotes from other companies, both more expensive & less options. I called to arrange installation. This morning I received a text message with arrival time and also a call from Anthony the technician to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was professional, personable and provided exceptional workmanship. He ensured the area was cleaned after installation. Removed all the rubbish including the old system. The Plumbing Gang's customer service and workmanship is exceptional. If anyone is looking at replacing their continuous flow hot water system I would recommend not wasting any of your time getting more quotes. The Plumbing Gang surpasses any other company by a mile.
