I'm a client of the NDIS, & ACG Plumbing recently installed some equipment for me. Throughout the quote, initial work & final installation Karina, Sean & Ben were fantastic to deal with. Communication was exemplary: I always knew when they were coming & what they were working on. During the work I realised that a component I required was missing from the delivered parts. It was very late in the afternoon, with Ben due to finish the install from 7am the following morning. Despite it being well after most tradies have closed for the day, I was able to contact both Ben & Karina on the first attempt, explain the missing part & apologetically cancel Ben's visit. The late notice would have thrown their schedule out, but both were very understanding, accepting the situation without complaint. The quality of work was outstanding, & Ben always left the area very tidy. I felt like I was part of the team, that we were working together to get the job done well. Highly recommend.
