On the switch Chelsea was polite and informative; Luke rang to advise of a more affordable option from Dux which we were more than pleased to accept; and Mitchell rang to tell us he was on the way, arrived on time - even took off his shoes at the front door! - and then proceeded to change over the hot water system, advising us in pleasant conversation along the way of what he needed to do. Would highly recommend Australian Hot Water of Cardiff!!

After a number of issues with a blocked sewer DABS were engaged to fix the problem properly. Camera inspections indicated a number of issues. The sewer was excavated and the old pipework was removed and new pipework installed with proper service access provided. All work was performed in a professional and timely manner and the ground restored after the job was completed. Great people and excellent workmanship.
