Unfortunately my experience with Safe n sound has not been good. I locked myself out the day before I was leaving for overseas. I needed to get inside my house asap. The guy that came over (can't remember his name) used the wrong lock on my door which is not approved by the body corporate and now he wants to charge an extra $95 + gst to install the correct lock. He told me at the time "this is the only lock I have with me". He knew he was putting the wrong lock but did it anyway because he knew I was going overseas the next day. It cost me $268 and now I will have to spend more money to get the correct lock in. Very upset about all this
