“could not thank Jay (the owner) and his team enough. Especially Shane. He helped me get to the cause of my air conditioning problems and fix it with ease, when so many could not. He also did a fantastic job with a deep clean. Despite being so busy Jay worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Shane knows exactly what he is doing, explaining everything to me as he went along simply, so I could understand, gave me very good advice. And had so much patience with all the questions I had for him. Nothing was a bother or too big or small to do. After getting the run around from so many different companies and Tradies, I really started to loose hope in getting my air con fixed & lost faith that there might be some decent people still out there. JVK ELECTRICAL restored my faith.🙏”
