“could not thank Jay (the owner) and his team enough. Especially Shane. He helped me get to the cause of my air conditioning problems and fix it with ease, when so many could not. He also did a fantastic job with a deep clean. Despite being so busy Jay worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Shane knows exactly what he is doing, explaining everything to me as he went along simply, so I could understand, gave me very good advice. And had so much patience with all the questions I had for him. Nothing was a bother or too big or small to do. After getting the run around from so many different companies and Tradies, I really started to loose hope in getting my air con fixed & lost faith that there might be some decent people still out there. I am extremely impressed with Cale & his team. He runs a very efficient and professional team. They are punctual, clean up after themselves and are very polite and obviously have extremely high standard of work ethic. I have recommended them to a few of my friends as I was so impressed. It's rare to find a company with "old fashioned work ethic". Most unusual today. I cannot speak highly enough of Cale's company and I wish there were more companies like this one.

JVK Electrical & Air ConditioningI called Smart Cabling Solutions (SCS) to connect data and phone leads as the NBN system had been connected to the townhouse. I had not used SCS previously so there was some reservation. The cable had been run through to the locations previously and the connections were required for data and phone to an office. Eric of SCS provided a date and communicated really well to the moment, which was appreciated as so many trades fall down here. Charges or costs were discussed and all up front here and open conversation so no false indications. Eric has 35 years in Telco and his knowledge certainly shone through. Once installing the connections, he tested systems. A fault did develop the next day, he located the fault and did this with no extra chargers or any excuses, which shows quality and integrity. The fault was due the type of cable I had installed. From my experience I absolutely would recommend without a doubt.
