We recently had J & L Cross attend and fix a warranty job on our refrigerator. While there we asked the technician about our washing machine, which he also arranged for a part to be ordered and subsequently repaired. All of this was carried out within a very reasonable time frame. They were wonderful people to deal with and the service man that attended was very friendly and courteous. I could not recommend them highly enough. This is a company I will be using in the future
