Have had the pleasure of Ben & Matt from Celsius here today to replace our air-conditioner. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, respectful to us & our home & left everything clean & tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for these two lovely young guys. Celsius continues to go way beyond our expectations every time. They most certainly are the very best. 🤩😃👍

Like most people, I looked through reviews and got quotes from a few different providers. This team stood out by far for their knowledge, solar expertise and customer service. I really felt like they designed a system around what we actually needed, rather than trying to sell us the biggest battery possible. Some of the franchise quotes were ridiculously expensive and included batteries that would probably never fully charge with Ballarat’s sun. Kim and the team did a fantastic job with the solar installation. The apprentices were some of the friendliest I’ve ever met, and Matt has always been quick to answer and explain any questions I’ve had. I’m so glad we chose a business that uses its own installers and genuinely cares about its customers. I would highly recommend this team. Ten stars!

Needed an emergency electrician and called Elite Electrical. Nathan came out promptly, found the problem and fixed it straight away. He was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Elite Electrical and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Nathan 😊

Aaron is a genuine tradie, quick, reliable and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend him. After all that rain in Ballarat last night we lost power today and he came straight over and sorted it all out. Thank you Sir!!
