Personally i wouldn't pay to have this company fix anything for me after the real estate sent them to check my air conditioner the tech who came around told me that if it goes 10 degrees below ambient temp it was fine so if i get a day it's 37 degrees the best i can hope for was to suffer 27 degrees every other air conditioner i have been around you can get a comfortable 23- 24 degrees no worries

I had a fan and a new power point installed, and it all came with some good advice on saving money. Probably the fastest sparky I have ever seen, and I have seen a few in my time of business. Will have to get him back for more fans and power points and replace a few old air conditioners. A pleasure to have around
