Didn't get a reply from my e-mail, however I rang the next afternoon and received the answer to my question. don't know why my e-mail wasn't tended to.

I was totally impressed with the professional service I received from Southern Cross Electrics & Air Conditioning when they recently installed a new air conditioner at my home. The electrician completed the task in a cheerful manner and completely tidied up everything when he finished despite the searing heat and humidity. A job well done, thank you from another happy customer.

Matt is absolutely brilliant. We had a safety switch trip in our meter box. Matt talked me through a process to isolate the problem myself, saving me the cost of him coming to my place and of course saving himself the time in dealing with what was a simple problem to isolate. Had it been a more serious problem I couldn’t deal with myself Matt undertook to get someone out to my place promptly. To me this represents honesty and a fabulous customer service ethic. You can’t hope for better than that in my opinion.
