The technicians at Twelve really know their stuff! They were able to fault find the error with my Lithium battery over the phone and explain how I could fix it myself. All on their day off! As I was travelling, if that failed, they would have squeezed me in on the Monday to help me out. Top notch help, knowledge of gear & customer service.
