Janine, our owner and operator, leads our team with a passion for holistic care that enables our clients to achieve their wellness goals. In addition, we have two skilled Remedial Massage Therapists on staff, Christina Rasipulle and Jessica Barratt, who utilise specific techniques to stretch and lengthen connective tissue and muscle, reduce pain and discomfort, and promote wellness, relaxation, and mobility. Janine has also created new educational programs. These programs are designed to inspire, educate and empower others to explore the benefits of natural therapies and massage education. Libby Jones is the principal Podiatrist and has a keen interest in sports and children's foot problems. A member of the Australian Podiatry Association and Sports Medicine Australia. Libby has competed in Athletics at a national standard for several years and understands the demands of training, injury management and the importance of correct footwear to optimise performance.

Introducing Daniel, massage therapist who focuses on sports massage! As an athlete Daniel has a passion for health and fitness, and has played field hockey for 34 years at multiple levels, overcoming different injuries and complications during this time . Over the last 15 years he has been searching for ways to repair these problems and discover the reasons for their onset. Today Daniel has a Certificate VI in Massage Therapy Practice as well as a Qualification in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling. Through this education he has honed a range of techniques and skills to help combat soft tissue dysfunctions, particularly in; - Joint Mobilisation - Myofascial Release - Trigger Point Therapy - Deep Tissue Massage - Kinesio taping - Sports Massage Daniel believes that a detailed assessment, client self-care and education are vital in assisting the body’s natural healing, and he has a particular interest in those with active lifestyles and sporting injuries; enabling them to perform their daily activities pain-free and maximising their potential.
