contractor attended site to inspect job, told staff he will be back in the morning did not show up and did not pick up the phone when i tried calling, i had to pay for the staff attending site earlier and waiting for him, after several phone calls to him i had to get another contractor

Website is great. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone. I've left messages but no one calls us back. Can't really comment on their work but the service is woefull.

i brought a load for fire wood from them 2 weeks ago . it is still wet hard to start / bubbles away rung and updated said they would look into it . still waiting poor service the guy said this was the second call on wet wood in a week

NHS Cardiff is hands down my preferred supplier for the renovation projects I work on and manage! I take any new tradesperson who works with me in to experience the difference. The staff truly know their stuff and work as a team to provide whatever I need with genuine customer service. As a female working in the building arena, I appreciate being treated as a professional and respected -its so refreshing compared to some other experiences.. A special shout-out to Lachie, for going the extra mile again and again, keeping me in the loop, and always making me feel like he is genuinely happy to do so. If you haven't tried them - Do. You wont look back!

Would give no stars but that was not an option Door turned up with half a hinge on it and no door jam as advertised with door jam If no jam was so posed to be supply why put half a hinge on the door and where do i get the other half of the hing from?? Next the driver crashed into the neighbors fence and drove off I have contacted NHS to have no answer and they don't seam to care My advice go else where yes u pay more but you get the right stuff Thank you and have a lovely day
