BEST Door Repairs in Arundel QLD 4214

Worst businessman I have dealt with. Still waiting for door repairs...its been nearly 3 months since I was able to use garage door--no security on garage. he makes appts--does not show, does not record what is needed for the job, customer service is very poor. Go elsewhere.

replaced screen door lock and handle and it only worked for 2 weeks. Refused to respond to phone calls, texts and emails asking for him to come back and fix it. Answered the phone when I got someone else to ring him (different phone number) and he claimed ignorance to my attempts to contact him. Said he'd come fix the door that week but was a no show and now he won't answer calls or texts from the other number either. Just not interested in making good on his repairs. paid a locksmith to come fix his work.

I would recommend this company for anything to do with doors. I had a problem with a panel door, rang the company, was told how easy it was to fix the problem myself and if that did not work they would come out straight away. It was a simple fix. Thank you for your help. That sort of company must have a FIVE STAR RATING.
