“This is a great practise. All the staff from the receptionist, nurses and vets are caring and professional. The vet we saw was Danyelle and she was very thorough and gentle. The premises are clean and well presented. The price seemed reasonable and fair Thank you for your help when our small dog was unwell”

Dr Matsui has been caring for my handicapped rag doll cat who has one eye and a wired jaw. I wouldn't trust any other surgery in Cairns. Here to stay with Balaclave surgery with my inherited grand baby boy. Originally first operated on at the North shore Animal Hospital Sydney.

She was an absolute saviour to our situation with our German Sheppard puppy, came to our home and gave us all the tools we needed to fix the behavioural problems we were experiencing with our puppy and take charge of our household again- highly recommended this service.
