This business has decided to attempt to charge us a "No show fee" from March when everyone's properties were flooding, roads closed, people trying to stay alive & our dogs getting rescued by the chopper! A fee of over 50$. The road to this business was even closed. Also a massive price increase that doesn't match the quality of the clip this busines produces. I was very patient and honest every time we took our dogs and gave feedback this business is very new to grooming. Very disappointing to see a small business want to profit from people's misfortunes and increase prices based on demand instead of looking after original clients. Also messages and doesn't allow you a reply then blocks you and unblocks to be more heartless and tell you the business is charging for No communication, when Telstra was down and also we were in crisis mode and trying to survive. Unbelievable. Avoid this business as a whole. Other groomers have 30yr experience and never charge no show fee! In for the $
