Ground Floor Dog Treats is 100% Australian made and family owned, using quality 100% Australian ingredients. We love our dogs, they are not just our pets, but a loved and valued member of our family, our best friends who are always there for us with unconditional love. (although sometimes it may be all about the treats) It all began in 2017 when we wanted an alternative to the available treats, and we started seeking treats with more natural ingredients, with no preservatives, no fillers, no additives, no artificial colours and no added sugars. We began making our own baked dog biscuits, with all natural Australian ingredients for our own fur babies and those of friends and family, refining the recipe over time introducing new flavours with added benefits. Introducing them to the wider fur baby community was our goal, so we started introducing them at local markets. As more of our 4 legged community tried and loved these treats, we introduced them to our first pet friendly café, The Café, By Luvbite Creations Now loved by dogs visiting this café, and the growing demand for quality Australian made dog treats, In 2023 we are extending our product range well beyond our favourite dog treat biscuit to include so much more, with a whole new look, new packaging, new website and even more dog friendly café’s. I am replying to the recent postings regarding our boarding facilities, as I have found that the accusations that have been made are quite disturbing. First to Anonymous posted 23rd May at 7.10pm. We have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities, so I find it hard to believe that you were not able to. We have large bowls of water for smaller breeds and stainless steel buckets for med/lge breeds to drink from. I am also wondering how you were able to see my so called poorly groomed poodles if you weren't able to view the premises. Heather posted April 23rd 9.22am. We are approved by Council and we have to abide by a number of requirements and Inspection takes place regularly. We take pride in how we present ourselves, our grounds and our boarding facilities. My husband and I work extremely hard in both presentation and the looking after of the animals in our care. Once again we have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities. Anonymous April 15th 2.09pm. I would like you to contact us personally, as you are stating that your pets were in a critical condition, I find this quite concerning. This is our Business, our livelihood, our sole income that supports our Family. We would never allow animals in our care to get to this stage. One thing that I find upsetting is that not one of you have contacted us.

Full Groom includes body shaved or trimmed, nails clipped, shampoo in all natural product and blow-dried with conditioner spray. You can also just get a Face, Feet and Bum Groom done.
If you do not give 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment you will be charged for the missed appointment.

Pimpin' Pooches offers dog grooming services in Townsville and surrounding areas. Local home base business trying to keep the cost of grooming down. Bookings are made by appointment only and limited spots as I only groom your dog/s at a time to reduce stress on pooch/s.
