I phone this morning to discuss our booking as my son has become unwell.
I was advised that it was non-refundable and non-transferable.
I understand that businesses need to cover for their time, and I expected a loss to a degree.
I didn't ask for a refund I wanted to discuss a credit with them.
I wasn't aware of the booking conditions as I never received a receipt or booking confirmation.
This has impacted me but emailed Paw Park Pet Resort in the hope they could make their booking conditions clearer for future clients.
I advise that for the future it may be considerate for your clients, that you provide a receipt of payment. Which should be done anyway.
I was met with a condescending response and a lack of regard for my needs as a customers.
"We will not be changing our policy".
So essentially I've asked for a booking confirmation and receipt and they have refused.
Based on the lack of professionalism and rudeness I would not recommend this business.
Lennox Head Vet Clinic's staff would have to be the most compassionate people I have met. They are friendly, caring and above all seem to treat my puppy Max as if he was their own. We could not be more happier with the service and prices. Definitely recommend you take your pets here.
