I am replying to the recent postings regarding our boarding facilities, as I have found that the accusations that have been made are quite disturbing. First to Anonymous posted 23rd May at 7.10pm. We have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities, so I find it hard to believe that you were not able to. We have large bowls of water for smaller breeds and stainless steel buckets for med/lge breeds to drink from. I am also wondering how you were able to see my so called poorly groomed poodles if you weren't able to view the premises. Heather posted April 23rd 9.22am. We are approved by Council and we have to abide by a number of requirements and Inspection takes place regularly. We take pride in how we present ourselves, our grounds and our boarding facilities. My husband and I work extremely hard in both presentation and the looking after of the animals in our care. Once again we have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities. Anonymous April 15th 2.09pm. I would like you to contact us personally, as you are stating that your pets were in a critical condition, I find this quite concerning. This is our Business, our livelihood, our sole income that supports our Family. We would never allow animals in our care to get to this stage. One thing that I find upsetting is that not one of you have contacted us.

My Service dog in training was hit by a car, long story short, Broken pelvis and dislocated back leg, had to have a operation to the leg, both Shannon and the other lass have been great, making sure my dog has the best of care; upside: l Very Highly Recommend Tropical Vets North Shore 100%.

I cant believe the service the pets get at this place just like a mini resort for my baby while we are on holidays, for the peace of mind when away was better to have him here, thanks so much for all the care xx

How amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
