We have been seeing Dr Shannon for over 12 months now. Myself for skin cancer and my 15 year old for acne. We have found Dr Shannon to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of his field. Will continue to see him.
After years of being given the run around and having inconclusive tests I contacted Dr Day's rooms. After speaking with his amazing nurse, Jane, who listened to everything I could think of to say in regards to my symptoms, she advised me to visit Dr Day's rooms and have him review my paperwork. After taking all my paperwork in, he and Jane kindly reviewed my symptoms and referred me onto the appropriate vascular surgeon as well as making an appointment for me. After 5 years I finally have a diagnosis and relevant scans which show thoracic outlet syndrome. If it wasn't for the time and care of Dr Day and Jane, I would still be searching for answers and wasting my money on inconclusive testing. He was very kind and answered all my questions and I was so touched that Jane even called to see how I was doing even though I have been referred to the relevant surgeon for my condition. They have really gone above and beyond which is rare in medicine nowadays. I would highly highly recommend Dr
Constant calling to verify appointment. Did call to explain was going to be 5 to 10 minutes late due to injury and the rude attitude from the reception, even sighing.
Very disgusted in attitude. Sorry my disability inconvenienced you.
I was tested via our friends at the Picton Medical Centre. I subsequently visited your Wollongong Clinic on Friday 6/06/2014 where Kristie said I was questionable. She fitted me with a large head band and machine with minimal adjustment - no sleep tests. The system leaked badly and I did not use but reported same. I was told that would not be charged for that week. On returning to office Michael suppled a smaller band and adjusted with me in a sleep position. Still failed but better than before. On 20/06/2014 met with Emily who determined that a full face mask was appropriate and genuinely attempted to adjust mask while sleeping.
Unfortunately I still have problems mainly to do with panic attacks. As such I propose to return equipment this week. To my surprise I have been charged the $120.00 plus for 5 weeks at $35.00 instead of adjusted 3 weeks at $35.00 .Your comments will be appreciated. Regards
