Dr. Naomi Hunter graduated in medicine from the University of Newcastle in 1985. She completed her internship and residency at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, before completing a paediatric residency at the Mater Hospital in Newcastle. In 1989 she founded the "Newcastle Vein Clinic" which quickly became a large and successful phlebology practice. In February 2006 she commenced her new practice, "Hunter Vein Clinic". Dr. Naomi Hunter has performed approximately 25,000 treatments on 10,000 patients over this time which means she has given (a conservative estimate of) 500,000 actual injections!
