I have been a patient for the last three years and have found the clinic to be very good. As with each individual consultation some run overtime hence a wait occasionally. So call in or ring ahead to ask for a waiting time. Yes, it's sometimes hard to get an appointment immediately but if you ask the question you may go on a cancellation list. This has worked for me in the past. Congratulations to the team.
