The staff at the reception are rude, arrogant and inefficient in their dealings with patients. Even when they mess up appointment bookings, they are unapologetic about it and expect the patient to come back again. I have never seen such unfriendly reception staff in any service business. The staff don't realize that if there were no patients, these clerical level employees with minimal skills would not have a job. Very disappointed in my dealings with them. I am going elsewhere.
The most important points about this place is that the staff are so caring and really treat you the way you would like to be treated. I have been going there for some time now and it's always good to see a clean waiting room, and they have hand sanitisers on the front cabinets for you to use. They are currently rebuilding so unfortunately the waiting time may be a little longer than usual.
