The Complete Health Clinic care more about running a tight ship than the health of their patients. I made an appointment to see an osteopath on Monday, the earliest availability that I could make was Friday. On Monday I was in excruciating pain and so I asked to be on the cancelation list. The clinic had requested that I arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. I am currently the full time carer of our 8 month old daughter so I had to make arrangements for her to be looked after while I attended my appointment. It is a lot more difficult to be on time for things when you have a young child.
I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes prior rather than the 20 mins and was told by the receptionist that I was too late, and so they could not see me today. Then she proceeded to look to make a new appointment. I was shocked and didn't know what to say!
