I found the receptionist when I phoned very abrupt and impatient. After 2 phone calls to the same receptionist, I drive to the practice to sort it out. I assume I had the same receptionist because again a rudeness in the tone of her voice and in that she said. No apologies to the problem caused by the practice after providing proof of the issue and then she serviced 4 other clients by ignoring me before other receptionist took over. Poor first impression of the practice! Please train the receptionists!
