This clinic is very welcoming and professional, the receptionists were very helpful and able to fit me in on short notice, a very comfortable waiting area, didnt have to wait long at all, bulk billing was very convenient, the doctor was very approachable and professional. Highly recommend this practise to anyone.

Hello to all the team there. I was there 5 or 6 weeks ago and the ladies who did the mammogram and ultra sound, I have to say you two are the most beautiful ladies. So gentle, caring and understanding. I have had a couple of very bad mammograms but you restored faith in me again. I have been wanting to thank you for a long time. I am in an industry where I work with lots of woman and guess where I tell them to go? Thank you so much again.

I can not thank Terry and the team at Clayton Hearing for their kindness and attention to detail. I first met Terry at our Bowls Club at an event he was sponsoring and we got to talking about my husbands continuous issues with his hearing aids. Terry listened to both my husband and myself and we had an appointment shortly after. Terry fixed in one appointment what we have been having issues with for years. We have been to a number of hearing places around town and not one of them were able to help my husband like Terry has. I would recommend Clayton Hearing to everyone. Kerry has looked after me since I retired and not only my tests and hearing aids has also assisted me in getting the smoke alarm subsidy to give me peace of mind as without my hearing aids in at night this gives me the added protection of having flashing lights to warn me of fire. She has followed up to see that all is well after hearing test and updating hearing aids ( as I have been given up by hearing specialist that declare that I have a dead ear ) BUT Kerry has supplied me with technology that allows me to hear with that ear. When my brothers visits they wonder how I have managed to hear the TV with volume set at a reasonable level.

I can't believe i hadn't heard of Dial a Home doctor before my friend had told me about them! 100% bulk billed, after hours services, easier to get an appointment than our own GP, so convenient not having to drag my poor sick kids to a doctor, in the comfort of their own home, very professional.
