Outstanding Hot Water System (HWS) Installation. I recently had Ross install a new HWS and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Ross was punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would.Ross and his wife Krystal were friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Installation was flawless. Ross worked efficiently and ensured that everything was installed correctly and safely. Customer service from Krystal & Ross was top-notch, both were responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone in need of plumbing services. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service made this an stress-free and positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Finding a good plumber to do residential work was a two-week challenge for me until i tried Plumbnorth. Ryan responded within hours of first enquiry. The office kept me informed when changes had to be made, and they were accommodating when i had to change an appointment. Their plumber came with 12 years experience and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

My wife & I recently had work completed at our home by Intrust Group staff. This work included replacing roof mounted solar hot water system, roofing, guttering & lighting. We would like to thank everyone we had interactions with during this process from office staff to project/ service managers and tradesmen (plumbing/ roofing/ electrical). The quality of workmanship was outstanding & communication between Intrust & us was faultless. Thanks again. Terry.
